I am really looking forward to today as I get to look after my granddaughter for a big part of it. Grace is a delightful little girl, happy and full of life, so I am expecting a day of top level activity. It will give me a chance to switch off from frantic restoration decisions and deadlines, as well as the day to day business of parish life. The photo is Grace helping bake a cake. The challenge was to get the mixture in the oven before Grace could eat it all! On the church front everything is going well, we even have signs of electricity in the building. More update soon. I’m off to be granddad.
