It seems ages ago since I was wearing sunglasses and enjoying sunny days on the
Aegean sea. This morning in
Newburn the mist was
swirling over the river tyne and everything was covered in a heavy dew. Just after 7.00am this morning Archie (as you can see from the photo - also enjoys the sun) seemed reluctant to come out of his bed and go walking. I like the autumn and the cooler days. Today I have another meeting with contractors in the church. No, the work is still not finished! I am also conducting a funeral and doing some
preparation for Sunday. So, even if the sun was shining, I would have no time to enjoy it.
