WE had a great day together, visiting
auntie Joyce and looking around
Newburn Primary School. By the late afternoon we were both tired and had a little
sleep. I am looking forward to my next day with Grace which should be soon. I have been to the Doctors today and had the blood pressure checked. It is now 150/90 which is much better than when I first came back from the walk. I will talk to the Dr in a couple of weeks and see what he says I should do next.
Cholesterol results will be back then also. Last test was 8 which is high, but not as high as it has been. I am sure it is all part of getting old, but maybe it is time to start on some medication. We shall see.
