It's that lovely time of year when the church is filled with the local community wanting to sing God's praise at Christmas time. The schools have been and filled our pews, the candles have been put out following the carol services and now we simply wait for Christmas Eve and then the day itself. Gill has finished school for the holiday and Tom is home from university. Newcastle United have won today so all in all it has been a good day. Off to the keelman quiz tonight so if we win it will be a perfect end to the day. We shall see!
